If you are currently encountering an error message of your Maple account which is currently being logged in and you not able to log in to your Maple account, please send in an iBox email with the following information.
1) Did you participate in any Party Quest before your character was disconnected from the game?
2) If so, what was the last Party Quest which you have participated?
3) Which channel did you participated in the Party Quest?
4) What is your character class?
5) What was the last skill/action which you did before the disconnection?
6) IGN of the affected character.

For player experiencing character stuck inside game issue before the Urgent Server Check on 27th February 2012, kindly try logging in into your affected Maple accounts now as all affected Maple accounts have been resolved during the Urgent Server Check.
